Challenge

Create a moment of awe 10 years into the brand’s journey with the launch of a physical Gallery in Udaipur set against the backdrop of a B2B factory. The intent was to launch a sub-brand within The House of Things universe without giving it the perception of a ‘warehouse’.

Approach

We managed the project from inception to execution, overseeing everything from space planning and VM strategy to PR and brand storytelling across physical and digital platforms. We crafted a poetic, rich narrative that brought the gallery to life while ensuring seamless operations at the gallery launch in Udaipur on March 8, 2025.

Impact

  • Successfully launched the gallery, maintaining The House of Things’ signature storytelling and curation.

  • Created a seamless customer journey to bridge the digital and physical experience.

  • Set up the Gallery for long-term success in terms of it being a destination within Udaipur and a space for future collaborations, thought leadership, designer and artist residencies, and much more.

  • Over a 100% increase in both traffic and users month-on-month as witnessed during the launch, owing to both the press and social media buzz.

  • A significant increase in organic search performance ~500% on the top three search keywords

  • Published in 5 A list publications, and over 10 significant social pages (posts).
